Dear Kenjiro,
Thank-you for our wonderful tour of Kyoto.
Katie and I had a fabulous time and truely appreciate your time and guidance.
We never could have seen so many great sites and done as much as we did without you.
I'm so glad I took pictures of Katie printing Japanese caligraphy at the Golden Palace, of her getting a personal stamp drawing in her book and the fortune you interpreted for her at the Shrine, our fantastic lunch together as well as seeing the Yasaka Shrine, Nijo Castle and Pagoda.
We did so much in such a short amount of time.
We did take the train to the Fushimi Shrine and walked through the avenue of Tori Gates after we left you.
Thank-you for your help with that.
I was surprised to see how long the paths were! Definately worth the extra time to go there.
I apologize again for all the changes in dates and number of people coming.
Our sick friend was admitted to a hospital near our Hotel in Tokyo.
They did release him the day he was scheduled to fly home and is doing better with medication and rest.
I have some wonderful pictures of our day with you and will e-mail them to you soon.
If you are ever in Florida please contact me. I would be honored to have you as my guest or offer my assistance to you in any way I can.
Sincerely,
Judie and Katie Bass
